It has long been mentioned that fitting a Gixxer side stand can make a Falco fitted with an uprated shock or raised rear ride height less likely to fall of over when on the side stand.
As i should have my shock fitted shortly can someone please confirm which model Gixxer stand should be used.

I briefly borrowed one from a mates '01 GSXR600 and that looked like it would do the job. I'll probably try and source one over the winter too.

The kickbar on me side stand, though wielded back on for some time now, is alass pointing at a rather odd angle due to an accident in a van a while back - notice in, not with , coupled with the fact he's feeling rather short these days, I'm sure he'd relish the thought of retirement
