Does the Rene airbox kit retain the Velosity stacks?

I was thinking about getting the shorter SP stacks, then it occoured to me that they may not be used at all in the Renegade Airbox kit so I dont want to waise my money if they arnt used.
Sp does the Rene kit use them?

yes the airkit does retain them.

IMHO, you could spend the money for the shorter stacks on something more worthwhile tho.

Do yourself a favor and give the factory (Jorge) a ring. He has tested the shorter velocity stacks and the results he found are what I have heard from a few other good sources...

I've read that the shorter stacks really only work better on a highly tuned Mille (and/or SP).

Just grapevine stuff.
