Does anyone have a packrack fitted with their Hi Mounts. My Ventura Rack is ordered and paid for and due to arrive anyday. I presume the rack mounts like all the others and attaches along the underside edge of the rear seat cowling, which seems to be where the Hi Mounts sit and attach.

Sadly the rack is an absolute must for the weekend and week long trips I make, but I didnt want to order the Hi Mounts and find they dont fit with the racks on.

Hmmmm....I love the way I can ask questions and mysteriously the "all knowing Internet God" provides the answers

Are you sure you've ordered for the right model and not the 2000 one.

Yep, it's definitely on its way. I lent my bike to the Ventura people 2 weeks ago so they could use it to make the rack fittings and also a headlight guard. They will have them availiable (At least in New Zealand) as of next week.

If anyone wants their details I'll post them here and you can order direct. It'll be just like Christmas , but probably cheaper from NZ>
