(Just as a forenote: I already talked to Jim and will talk to Jorge when he gets back. I just thought I would see if I'm alone.)
At Summit Point in West Virginia (here in the Good Ol' USA) last weekend I did a track day on their short course. About a mile, all lefts save 2 pretty nice right handers.
Well at first my kickstand was touching quite badly (and easily) but that didn't bother me as it's very easily removed (especially with the Adapter plate Jorge sent me). Here's the picture after the first 3 or 4 times it touched:

However, after the course dried out more and pace picked up, I started hearing something else scrape almost immediately followed by unwanted rear wheel spin... And ONLY on left hand turns. After about the 3rd time (initially thinking it was a wet painted line or something and that I was hearing things) - I pulled in and set her up on the stand.
I looked around the left and then felt around as well. Lo and behold, my left link pipe is flattened and scraped. Here's the picture:

So I had to take it easy the rest of the day. I tried stiffening up the suspension as well but no results.
After looking at it the next day, I realized (my opinion) that in designing the pipe to require no fairing cutting, it seemed that the pipe sticks out just a little far before the bend begins.

I tried to bend it "in" more but with no luck because the can no longer lined up.
Like I said, I talked to Jim and he mentioned that new link pipes were being tested and although it might require some fairing trimming, it shouldn't be a problem which is perfect for me! I'll have to keep anyone who's interested posted.
But has anyone else had the problem? Any QUICK fixes?
Otherwise, they performed beautifully! Sounded mean and pulled quite nicely out of the corners even though I was a gear higher everywhere than I really should've been. (Rear sprocket helps too!)C
Cheers!!

You know the ones: no cutting of fairings required and far less hassle in general. Beats plenty of Millenauts on the track in the right hands tho.

But what about the left hands?

You got me there.
I think Screeech touches the exhaust as well on the track. His Mille doesn't have Renegades. His story's somewhere on Daz's site if you're interested.
Now you haven't lowered the bike have you?
If not, I'd ask for my money back.

Lowered?! I'm almost 6-2!
Hee hee! Yeah I don't think I'm going to ask for money back (since I paid so little - it's a 3rd hand system really) and I really do like the sound and looks of it!
Plus Jorge and Co. have been so helpful so far that I find it hard to believe that they won't help me out first!

Hang off the bike more, and have the bike stand up more whislt in a corner at full tilt. Works for me and my scraping belly pan on my falco. Or get a shock with ride height adjustment.

I really did try but I still had the same problem, and naturally on the left. I think it's just my style though - 'cause I might THINK I'm hanging off more but I might not be. PLus, like I said the right is fine (as were my Shotguns) and I even like right turns more!

Sal, I did say that I have designed new link pipes bringing them a lot closer to the engine and mantaining the side stand in the OE position. But do you ever listen

Jorge! You spew out so much info that's impossible for any average human being (such as myself) to remember everything!
Then you put on your chip guy who starts going on about the Helmholtz effect and carbeuration on an R6 and my brain overloads!!
And then you leave us.
How do you expect me to stay faithful!?!?!? Hahahah!!!
