My new bike had an intermitent fuelling problem from new where the power cut for a split second which occurred around 4000 revs and whilst throttling on quickly.
I've asked the dealer to cure this at first service just 2 weeks after I purchased it.
I was contacted by the dealer today whom acknowledge the bike has a potentially dangerous fault but in the 5 days they've had it they've been unable to trace it.
I've agreed to let them carry on trying to find the problem for another 2 days when I will contact them again.
If the fault is not found am I within my rights to DEMAND a new bike from them?
