Following in the footsteps of the great Daz Marshall I've ditched the Falco for a mighty fine UJM. Yes, you guessed it, a TDM 850. (Are they 850 or are they 900, who really cares?). Anyway, the challenge: Fastest timed lap around Pembrey, Donnington, Brands Indy or Mallory, (your choice), Wins 20 pints of ale, to be drunk at a single sitting.
This challenge is only open to non ACU licence holders on road legal Aprilia bikes and tyres.
C'mon, it's a TDM ferchrisakes.

Hmm, Mallory could be a winner for me!
Do I have to have Aprilia tyres too?

Hi Ben and Bef, how are you both ? I should have been more specific, but as with the Paul Lewis challenge, it's not open to anyone who's EVER held a race licence, so that's you out Ben. Phew Not wishing to give too much away, but the bike has been slightly modifiedand the exhaust noise is absolutely 'kin glorious I know it's not an Aprilia, but if I'm allowed I'll post some pictures as soon as Santa delivers me new camera.

Hi Yammydoubleman!! Congrats on joining the Yamaha brigade, aren't they just so special?!
I'd love to take you on but no Aprilia, alas (thank fook, I knew I got rid of her for a good reason!!).
If some absolutle nutter (given my track record!) wants to lend me their priller then of course I'll take you on no probs. Er, As long as you are blindfolded, sat backwards on the bike and I get a thirty second advantage, that is!!

aha, the Singlesman Challenge! I think the rules should include a part about hitting the ale the night BEFORE the riding!!!!
You sure it's a 'no ACU licence' event? Can't you reconsider???

Any way, i think the challenge is biased the wrong way: At least Loopy Lewis had a disadvantage by using a fully dressed Harley, Giving you twice as many cylinders as you're used to can only be an advantage!
