In my short time here I have noticed that people arent happy with the servicing network of dealers for the marque.

What do you consider a good service? What do you look for in a dealer? What would you like them to do ? Do you prefer big or small dealers?

Has anyone had their bike serviced recently and are you or are you not happy with it?
